Closed procedure for the selection of executors of State orders: past and present
The author considers the modern legal norms of the Russian federal legislation that are governing the closed procedures of performers selection of state procurements. The article presents a comparative analysis of the norms of the current and previous legislation, is regarded also the history of normative regulation of closed selection procedures, as well as some aspects of using the mentioned procedures.

Features of the development of causal links in a contractual relationship
In this work authors suggest that the development of causal links in a contractual relationships is that the relevant circumstances affecting its development, pass through the consciousness of the contract’s parties and because they can, with a certain degree of probability, to foresee the legal consequences as well as adjust its development through the contractual circumstances.

The moral harm: nature, grounds of the appearing and volume
In the article it was analyzed the non-pecuniary damage, based on the category of «suffering», the basis of allocation on this type of damage. The problems of determining the type of damage, the destruction of the object, the conditions of compensation for the damage caused, offered his vision of the essence of non-pecuniary damage and to determinate its severity.

WTO Agreement on Government Procurement (Revision of 2012): analysis of the main novels
In present article the significance of the Revised WTO Agreement on Government Procurement for development of international procurement markets as an important sector of world trade is being examined. Much attention is paid to analysis of the Revised Agreement principles such as non-discrimination and transparency. Author regards the main directions of WTO’s endeavor to extend its covered scope and increase a number of its Parties.

Appellations of Origin and Geographical Indications: International legal aspect
The article is dedicated to the review of the issues related to the legal protection of appellations of origin and geographical indications based on foreign legislation and international treaties in the said field. The basic provisions of the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement on Appellations of Origin and Geographical Indications and the Regulations under the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement also are analyzed, adopted on May 20, 2015 on the Diplomatic conference.

Comparative legal analysis of the concept of protection of competition under the legislation of Russia, France and Germany
The problem of legal regulation of monopolistic activity is one of the most pressing problems facing both Russian law and law of foreign countries. In the present article is given a comparative analysis of the legal regulation of protection of competition under the laws of Russia, France and Germany. It was found that the legal regulation of monopolistic activities under the laws of Russia and France, in spite of all the different models of the similarity between them. A number of measures to improve the legal regulation of monopolistic activities in the Russian Federation, taking into account the French and Germany experience
